This may include full legal name, address, phone number, email address, driver’s license information, vehicle information, insurance information, intended rental use, payment details, and emergency contact information when required.
Providing false or incomplete information may result in cancellation, denial of service, forfeiture of fees where permitted, collection action, or legal action.
7. Rental Agreement Required
All renters must sign Edmond Rentals LLC’s Master Trailer Rental Agreement before taking possession of any trailer, equipment, or accessory.
The Rental Agreement includes additional terms regarding renter responsibility, damage, theft, towing requirements, insurance, prohibited use, late returns, cleaning fees, equipment condition, accessories, security deposit, loss of rental income, indemnification, and legal responsibility.
If there is a conflict between these website Terms and Conditions and the signed Rental Agreement, the signed Rental Agreement will control for the specific rental.
8. Electronic Signature Consent
By typing your legal name, checking an agreement box, drawing a signature, clicking “I Agree,” submitting a reservation, or completing checkout, you agree that your electronic signature is legally binding under applicable law, including the New Jersey Uniform Electronic Transactions Act where applicable.
You agree that electronic records, electronic signatures, online forms, and digital confirmations may be used in connection with your rental. You also agree that Edmond Rentals LLC may store copies of your signed rental documents electronically.
9. Payment Terms
Rental charges must be paid according to the pricing shown at checkout, on your invoice, or in the Rental Agreement. Charges may include rental fee, security deposit, delivery fee, pickup fee, cleaning fee, late fee, damage fee, missing accessory fee, administrative fee, processing fee, applicable New Jersey sales tax, and other charges allowed under the Rental Agreement.
Edmond Rentals LLC may require full payment before the rental begins.
10. Security Deposits
A security deposit of $500 per trailer (unless otherwise stated) may be required before rental release. The security deposit may be used to cover damage, missing items, cleaning, excessive dirt or debris, late returns, unauthorized use, towing or recovery costs, lost rental income, collection costs, and other amounts owed under the Rental Agreement.
The security deposit does not limit the renter’s responsibility. If damages, losses, or charges exceed the deposit amount, the renter remains responsible for the full balance.
11. Pricing and Availability
Prices, trailer availability, equipment availability, accessories, delivery options, fees, and service areas may change at any time without notice. Edmond Rentals LLC makes reasonable efforts to keep website pricing and availability accurate, but errors may occur.
If a pricing or availability error occurs, Edmond Rentals LLC may cancel or modify the reservation and provide an updated quote or refund where appropriate.

- Reservations cancelled by Edmond Rentals LLC due to failed verification, unsafe towing setup, nonpayment, or incomplete documentation may be subject to cancellation charges
- Refunds, when approved, may take several business days to process depending on the payment provider
Edmond Rentals LLC reserves the right to cancel any reservation due to weather, safety concerns, mechanical issues, availability problems, suspected fraud, or other business necessity.
14. Pickup and Return
Renters must pick up and return rental items at the approved time and location. Default pickup location: 15 Lowe Road, Wantage, NJ 07461. Weekday pickup and return windows apply as stated on the website or in your confirmation.
The renter is responsible for returning all rented items on time, in the same condition as received (except for normal wear), clean and free of trash and excessive debris, with all accessories included, with no unauthorized modifications, and with no undisclosed damage.
Late returns may result in hourly, daily, or other late fees. Early returns do not automatically qualify for a refund unless approved in writing by Edmond Rentals LLC.
15. Late Returns
Returning a trailer, equipment, or accessory late may interfere with future rentals and business operations. Late fees may apply if the rental is not returned by the agreed return time.
If the renter fails to return the rental item and does not communicate with Edmond Rentals LLC, the rental item may be considered overdue, unauthorized, missing, or stolen, depending on the circumstances. Edmond Rentals LLC may pursue recovery, charge additional fees, contact law enforcement, use GPS or tracking information, and take legal action where appropriate.
16. No Refund for Early Return
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, returning a rental item early does not entitle the renter to a refund, credit, or price reduction. Rental periods are reserved in advance, and Edmond Rentals LLC may lose the ability to rent the item to another customer.
17. Renter Responsibility
The renter is fully responsible for the trailer, equipment, and accessories from the time of pickup or delivery until accepted back by Edmond Rentals LLC. The renter is responsible for safe towing and operation, proper loading and unloading, weight limits, securing cargo, following all laws, checking lights/chains/coupler/tires, preventing theft and damage, returning all items on time, and paying for damage, loss, late fees, recovery costs, and other amounts owed.
18. Towing Vehicle Requirements
The renter is responsible for ensuring their towing vehicle is safe, legal, properly equipped, and capable of towing the rented trailer and load, including proper towing capacity, hitch size and rating, ball size, working trailer wiring, brake controller when required, safety chain connection, mirrors, registration, insurance, and tire condition.
Edmond Rentals LLC may refuse to release a trailer if the towing setup appears unsafe, improper, incomplete, or unsuitable.
19. Loading and Weight Limits
The renter agrees not to exceed trailer GVWR, payload capacity, axle rating, tire rating, hitch rating, vehicle towing capacity, legal road limits, or any limit provided by Edmond Rentals LLC. Overloading or improper loading may result in trailer failure, loss of control, accidents, and full renter liability.
20. Prohibited Uses
Rental items may not be used for illegal activity, transporting stolen property, hazardous materials without written permission, racing or reckless driving, carrying passengers on or inside a trailer, exceeding weight limits, subleasing, towing with an unapproved vehicle, use by an unauthorized driver, leaving the rental unsecured, use outside the approved service area without permission, or modifying the rental item without permission. Violation may result in immediate termination, additional fees, recovery action, and legal action.
21. Damage, Loss, and Missing Items
The renter is responsible for all damage, loss, theft, missing parts, missing accessories, and abnormal wear during the rental period, including tires, ramps, gates, wiring, lights, coupler, jack, chains, straps, locks, and excessive mud or debris. Edmond Rentals LLC may charge for parts, labor, repair, replacement, towing, recovery, inspection, cleaning, administrative time, and lost rental income.
22. Cleaning Fees
Rental items must be returned reasonably clean. Cleaning fees may apply for trash, dirt, mud, gravel, mulch, concrete, oil, grease, manure, chemicals, debris, odors, stains, or materials left behind.
23. Inspection and Checkout
Before the rental begins, Edmond Rentals LLC may complete a checkout inspection with photos, video, forms, or digital records. The renter should inspect the trailer before leaving. By taking possession, the renter acknowledges acceptable condition unless damage is documented before departure. Upon return, Edmond Rentals LLC may inspect and document any damage, missing items, or cleaning issues.
24. Accidents and Emergencies
The renter must immediately notify Edmond Rentals LLC of any accident, theft, breakdown, damage, police contact, impound, injury, or unsafe condition, and cooperate with Edmond Rentals LLC, law enforcement, insurance companies, and recovery services. The renter may not abandon the trailer or equipment.
25. Theft, Non-Return, and Recovery
If a rental item is not returned as agreed or is suspected stolen or abandoned, Edmond Rentals LLC may contact the renter, charge additional fees, use GPS or tracking technology, contact law enforcement, pursue civil or criminal remedies, send the account to collections, or take legal action. The renter is responsible for all related costs.
26. GPS, Tracking, and Security Devices
Rental trailers or equipment may contain GPS trackers, AirTags, cameras, locks, or other security devices. By renting, the renter consents to their use for theft prevention, recovery, safety, location verification, and asset management. The renter may not remove, disable, tamper with, or interfere with any tracking or security device.
27. Insurance
The renter is responsible for proper insurance coverage for towing, hauling, liability, property damage, accidents, and theft. Edmond Rentals LLC does not guarantee that the renter’s personal or business insurance will cover rental trailers, cargo, damage, or liability. The renter should contact their insurance provider before renting and remains responsible for all damages and expenses not covered by insurance.
28. Cargo and Personal Property
Edmond Rentals LLC is not responsible for the renter’s cargo, tools, equipment, vehicles, materials, or personal property. The renter is solely responsible for loading, securing, transporting, and unloading all cargo.
29. Delivery and Pickup Services
Delivery or pickup service, when offered, is subject to additional charges (currently $50 each way within the service area unless otherwise stated), scheduling, location restrictions, weather, and safety approval. Edmond Rentals LLC may refuse delivery or pickup if the location is unsafe or inaccessible. Additional fees may apply for failed delivery, waiting time, or extra trips.
30. Weather and Safety
Edmond Rentals LLC may cancel, delay, or modify a rental due to severe weather, unsafe road conditions, mechanical issues, or safety concerns. The renter must operate safely in all conditions.
31. Maintenance and Repairs
The renter may not perform or authorize repairs without written permission from Edmond Rentals LLC, except in a true emergency. The renter must notify Edmond Rentals LLC immediately of any mechanical or safety issue. Unauthorized repairs or modifications may result in additional charges.
32. Photos, Videos, and Documentation
Edmond Rentals LLC may photograph or video rental items before pickup, during delivery, upon return, or during recovery for condition documentation, damage claims, dispute resolution, insurance claims, and business records.
33. Customer Reviews, Photos, and Marketing
If you submit a review, testimonial, photo, video, or feedback, you grant Edmond Rentals LLC permission to use it for business and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing. Edmond Rentals LLC will not intentionally publish sensitive personal information without permission.

37. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you dispute a valid charge or file a chargeback, Edmond Rentals LLC may provide signed agreements, checkout records, photos, invoices, messages, GPS records, and other documentation to the payment processor, bank, collection agency, or court. The renter remains responsible for valid charges, collection costs, chargeback fees, and other costs where permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edmond Rentals LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost cargo, lost time, or inconvenience. Edmond Rentals LLC’s maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the renter for the specific rental giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.
39. Assumption of Risk
The renter understands that towing trailers, loading equipment, and transporting cargo involves risk including vehicle damage, trailer damage, cargo damage, property damage, personal injury, and death. The renter voluntarily assumes all risks connected to the rental.
40. Indemnification
The renter agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Edmond Rentals LLC, its members, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, injuries, fines, costs, and attorney’s fees arising from the renter’s use of the rental item, towing, improper loading, accidents, violation of law, breach of these Terms or the Rental Agreement, unauthorized use, or negligence.
